GMC has introduced the next 2021 GMC Yukon – the next generation of this flagship full-size SUV.
Backed by class-leading technology and superior engineering, the new Yukon will be on the market later in 2020.
GMC executives stressed that the Yukon is an SUV that is designed to be used with a purpose citing premium features, purposeful technology, and all-terrain capability.
The new Yukon debuts with a long wheel base and a new chassis creating a more confident stance on the road.
On the outside, the front grille has been updated. LED lighting is used in both the front and back.
Inside, the Yukon has been updated for a higher level of precise craftsmanship and premium accommodations.
When it comes to technology, the Yukon is loaded with features.
An available nine-camera view that can increase driver awareness, and includes High Definition Surround Vision, rear Camera Mirror, and GMC’s ProGrade trailering system.
The premium Denali class Yukon has an exclusive interior with a brand new instrument panel, unique seats, and a choice of four unique colour themes.
When you need to take your vehicle off of the main road, the Yukon is up to the task.
The Yukon has all-new Active Response 4WD, that combines several systems including auto two-speed transfer case, Traction Select, chassis controls and a new electronic Limited Slip Differential. Combine that with the new multilink independent rear suspension, and this vehicle can go anywhere.
When it comes to power, there is a choice of three engine options. The standard engine is an all-new 5.3 L, V8. There is also a 6.2 L, V8 that delivers 420 horsepower and an incredible 460 lb-ft of torque.
Both engines feature stop / start technology and a new Dynamic Fuel Management system that enables the engine to operate on two to eight cylinders depending on demand, to optimize power and efficiency.
