Navi Singh, the new General Sales Manager (GSM) at Bolton Nissan, joined the Nissan brand about 5 years ago and spent about 2 and a half years as GSM at Brampton North Nissan before he moved to the Bolton dealership this spring.
Singh hasn’t had a lot of time to introduce himself to the neighbourhood yet. He wanted to concentrate first on making Nissan’s great prices and exceptional customer service more accessible to the people off the Bolton community. To that end, one of the first changes he made upon arriving in Bolton was to add 2 additional salespeople to the floor, bringing the total number of people in the showroom to 5. He is also bringing in a new Finance Manager who comes to the job with an incredible amount of experience helping buyers who may have credit issues get their financing approved.
Singh is hoping these additions and a dealership wide commitment to customer satisfaction and exceptional pricing will help raise Nissan’s profile and popularity in the community. That community is very important to Singh. He holds a firm commitment to keep his business within the area, even if it costs a bit more. In fact, upon arriving in Bolton, Singh discovered the dealership had been using an out of town car wash service and has since made arrangements to bring that business back to town.
According to Singh, the Nissan brand is going to have a huge year in 2013 within Canada. They have had 3 brand new models introduced within the last 4 months –the 2013 Sentra, Altima and Pathfinder – and the new Nissan Note Hatchback will also be introduced this spring. With with the redesign of the Nissan Rogue set to happen by years end as well it promises to be a busy season. In addition to all the new models, Nissan currently has some exceptional deals taking place. For example, the new Rogue is currently offering 0% financing for up to 7 years.
When it comes to servicing your automobile, you can get the service you need at Bolton Nissan.
“It’s a new shop, but lots of experience and I’ve never seen a service staff so customer service oriented,” Singh enthused of his service technicians. “I encourage both Nissan owners and those who own other makes to come here to have their service done too. We’ll treat you right.”
