Bolton Toyota: Serving the community with world class customer service
Since the Dilawri Group’s acquisition of Paul Coffey’s Bolton Toyota dealership back in February, Sid Anidjar, General Manager, has made it a personal goal to make sure that the Bolton community trust the new company in town.
“So far, we’re pleased with the changes we’ve made and the growth. We’re trying to regain our customers’ trust and encourage people to come back to Bolton Toyota,” he said adding, “When we took over the dealership, we changed our slogan to ‘The All New Bolton Toyota. Come Experience the Difference.’ That’s really what we go by every day.”
Mr. Anidjar said that he was quite excited upon receiving the call to Bolton.
“I was excited to make the move. I think since February, people who have been to the store before who have come today really notice the difference right off the bat,” he said. “The second you walk in the door there’s an electric feeling, there’s energy in the building. The sales staff are eager to share their expertise and really build value and trust in the dealership, the business and the brand.”
Mr. Anidjar has been with the Dilawri Group for over a decade and says that when the opportunity to work in Bolton came knocking at the proverbial ‘door,’ it was an easy decision.
“I’ve been with the Dilawri Group for 11 years, and I’ve managed a few of its dealerships in various roles,” he said. “When the opportunity came up to take the General Manager role at Bolton Toyota, it was something I was very excited to do.”
Mr. Anidjar said that it has been a great opportunity to work in Bolton, and it is a fantastic opportunity for the Dilawri Group.
“It’s a great chance to really show the community what we’re about.”
What many might not know of The Dilawri Group besides being the largest automotive group in Canada is its philanthropic side. Donating great sums of funds toward meaningful causes is what this automotive group loves to do.
“The Dilawri Group has a following in philanthropy. We’ve donated in the excess of $7 million to the Hospital for Sick Children, new facilities for doctors in training,” said Mr. Anidjar. “We also have the Dilawri Foundation, which gives back to local communities. It helps families that are struggling with people in their family that are sick and need help.
