It starts from the ground up: Choose an off-road tire that masters the extreme with ease

Increased grip in mud. To avoid your wheels from spinning and losing traction, it’s important to find tires that can cut through to the ground below. The Mud-Terrain T/A KM3, built with BFGoodrich’s Terrain-Attack tread design, has 5 per cent better mud traction. With larger tread blocks and the tire’s Mud-Phobic Bars, the Mud-Terrain T/A KM3 provides you with incredible grip from any angle, and helps to release compressed mud for enhanced traction in muddy and soft soil conditions.
Enhanced rock traction. Mud can be slick, but true off-roaders know it’s only half the battle and tackling unsteady rock surfaces can be just as challenging. All BFGoodrich KM3 tires are designed with industry leading tread compounds that are built to climb; the Mud-Terrain T/A KM3 can take on the toughest terrain with its advanced Krawl-TEK compound, and delivers 8 per cent better rock traction based on internal rock traction testing. And, its Linear Flex Zone allows the tire to flex and envelop objects when the tire is less inflated.
Tougher sidewall protection. Internal sidewall puncture testing shows the Mud-Terrain T/A KM3 offers 27 per cent tougher sidewalls than the Mud-Terrain T/A KM2. With its race-proven advancements of CoreGard Max Technology and Traction-Armor Sidewall Sculpture, the Mud-Terrain T/A KM3 protects against sharp objects on the trail and splitting of the tires, providing drivers with the protection they need when conquering the extremes.
