There’s good value in Wholesale Tire
Mauro and Andy’s Wholesale Tire in Bolton can offer the best deal available, whether it’s in bulk or just for a set of four.
Mauro Vecchiarelli and Andrew Ferenc have been operating from their Healey Road location for about a year and a half. Prior to that, they worked out of a location in Etobicoke. The reason for the move was simply one of convenience for their clientele.
“We have a lot of transportation companies here we look after,” Vecchiarelli explained.
He added that the wholesale nature of the business, which is also open to the public, means “basically the best price you’re going to get anywhere.”
Business has been going very well lately, with Vecchiarelli saying the customers are happy with the service they’ve been receiving. “We’re steady busy,” he said. “There’s not an hour to spare any time of the year.”
The company provides both new and used tires for just about every need, with the exception of aircraft. But they can handle the needs for trucks, bulldozers, farm equipment, etc.
Vecchiarelli has been in the tire business since he was 16. He use to drive a forklift, and one day when the tire man didn’t show up for work his boss needed someone to step up and help.
“Never looked back,” he said. “From a forklift job to a tire job.”
The company employs three men to do the tire work, and they also offer 24-hour road service. There have been times they have travelled 250 miles (one way) to help a client in difficulty. “Wherever our big customers are, we have to go,” he remarked.
Despite the demands of the job, Vecchiarelli said he never gets tired of it,“if you love what you do.”
“Good work, good prices, that’s what everyone wants,” he added. “If you remember those two things, you shouldn’t have troubles.”
